The challenge
Buying or renting a home involves many separate steps: valuation, notary, financing, viewings. Clients dealt with each one on their own, and the agency coordinated everything by hand. Growth meant hiring more people for the same work.
What we built
One platform that brings every step together: a website to explore properties with online valuation, an online notary, a financial check before signing and help getting a mortgage; a mobile app for the field team; a custom CMS; and an AI system that finds new clients.

The result
The agency runs on one system instead of four.
Requests are qualified and assigned without passing through an inbox.
How we built it
Laravel with Livewire and FilamentPHP for the platform and the CMS, OpenAI models in the acquisition system, queues and a scheduler for background work, MySQL and an e-signature integration for the notary flow.
A direct connection to other property developers in the country brings their new projects into the platform.
