What is the Kit Digital program?
It is an initiative launched by the Government of Spain to financially support the adoption of digital solutions available in the market, aiming to drive significant progress in the digital transformation of businesses. The Kit Digital program is part of the Recovery, Transformation, and Resilience Plan, the España Digital 2025 agenda, and the 2021-2025 SME Digitalization Plan. It is funded by the European Union through NextGenerationEU funds.
Who is the Kit Digital program for?
The digital solutions offered by the Kit Digital are designed to meet the needs of small businesses, micro-businesses, and freelancers, regardless of their sector or type of activity.
What is the maximum amount that can be obtained through the Kit Digital?
- For businesses with 10 to 49 employees: up to 12.000€.
- For businesses with 3 to 9 employees: up to 6.000€.
- For freelancers and businesses with 1 to 2 employees: up to 3.000€.
What solutions are funded by the Kit Digital?
The Digital Kit funds a wide range of digital solutions designed to meet business needs, including:

How can I apply for the Kit Digital Voucher?
- Sign Up at www.acelerapyme.es and complete the self-assessment.
- Choose one or more solutions from the digital solutions catalog.
- Request the Kit Digital grant through the online platform.
- Select us as your digitalization agent.

What are the requirements to apply for the Kit Digital grant?
- Be a small business, microbusiness, or freelancer:
- Segment I: Businesses with between 10 and less than 50 employees.
- Segment II: Businesses with between 3 and less than 10 employees.
- Segment III: Businesses with between 0 and less than 3 employees.
- Freelancers: Regardless of the number of employees.
Meet the established financial limits:
- Segment I: Annual turnover up to €10 million.
- Segment II: Annual turnover up to €2 million.
- Segment III: Annual turnover up to €500.000 million.
Up to date with tax and Social Security obligations:
- No outstanding debts with your taxes or Social Security.
Not considered a business in crisis:
- Not be in a financial situation that prevents the fulfillment of contractual obligations.
Not exceed the minimis aid limit:
- Not have received de minimis aid that, in total, exceeds €200,000 over the last three years..
Have tax residency in Spain:
- The company’s tax residency must be located in Spain.
Complete the digital diagnostic test:
- Complete the digital diagnostic test available on the Acelera pyme platform to evaluate the company’s digital maturity level.
Not be subject to prohibitions for obtaining beneficiary status:
- Not be disqualified from receiving public grants under current regulations.
Meeting these requirements is essential to access the Kit Digital voucher and take advantage of the grant for the digitalization of businesses.
How is the Kit Digital paid out?
The beneficiary of the Kit Digital does not receive the money directly. Once the grant is approved and all procedures are completed correctly, both the beneficiary and the Digitalization Agent must formalize an agreement for the service of digital solutions. This agreement entails the beneficiary transferring the right to receive the granted amount to the Digitalization Agent, who will then receive the corresponding payment from Red.es.
